Day 2 · October 16, 2026

First Steps Among the Forsaken at Deathknell

I spoke with three of the Forsaken today: Shadow Priest Sarvis, Novice Elreth and David Trias, the rogue trainer. Trias welcomed me among the Deathstalkers, whose numbers grow with Lord Varimathras's sanction. He called them more blades to strike at our enemies when they least expect it. I liked the sound of that.

First Blood in Deathknell's Shadow

I traveled alone today. The only company I kept was the Forsaken of Deathknell: the Shadow Priest, the trainer at the inn, and Novice Elreth.

David Trias welcomed me with talk of the Deathstalkers. By the sanction of Lord Varimathras, he said, their numbers grow, with more blades to strike at our enemies when they least expect it. I liked the sound of that more than I let on.

"With the sanction of Lord Varimathras, the Deathstalkers' numbers grow. More blades to strike at our enemies when they least expect it."

That is how Trias greeted me. I took it as a place offered among the Deathstalkers.
