A Short Wander Above Camp Narache
A brief midday of jokes, dancing, and a first look at Red Cloud Mesa before returning to the warmth of Camp Narache.
The Road
The day was short, and I spent it close to home. Midday found me at Camp Narache, the grass of Mulgore stirring around the tents. I wandered up to Red Cloud Mesa and stopped a while to take in the view. It was a place new to me, and now I have seen it. Then I turned back and ended the day where I had begun, at Camp Narache.
Fellowship
No one traveled with me today, but I was not in a serious mood. At the camp I told a joke, then another, then a third, and finally burst into dance. I will let the earth-mother judge whether the laughter was deserved.
